Information you share

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, company and inquiry type. You may also provide your country or region, product and variant, color, application, composition, weight, width, finish, quantity, timeline and a message.

A submitted request also records your language, source page, information-use confirmation and receipt time. Please keep the message relevant to fabric sourcing and avoid including passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.

Purpose and sales follow-up

Your information is used to review your sourcing needs, prepare a response and arrange follow-up about specifications, quotations or samples. Website submission does not place an order or subscribe you to a newsletter. Sales staff handle the conversation after submission.

Storage and recipients

After you submit, the request is stored in our inquiry system and its full details are included in a notification to our sales inbox, infosaleshuang@gmail.com. Authorized staff can review it for sales follow-up. Resend provides the current notification service and Gmail receives the sales notification.

Website and security services may process connection information such as IP addresses to provide access and limit abusive submissions. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, verification information is processed by Cloudflare. Final hosting locations and any cross-border processing arrangements will be confirmed before public launch.

Browser drafts and preferences

To make retries safer, this browser also keeps a submission identifier, a one-way digest and a creation time for up to 72 hours. It does not store another copy of your message or security token. A confirmed successful response clears the matching retry entry. If browser storage is unavailable, reload recovery is not guaranteed.

While you fill in the form, a draft including contact details is saved locally in this browser so a refresh or reopening the page can restore it. This draft is not sent to our server until you submit. It is cleared after successful submission. Once 3 days (72 hours) have passed since its last save, it is no longer restored and is removed when that form is opened again. Consent checkboxes and security-verification tokens are not saved in the draft.

Your language preference is stored locally until you clear it. Private browsing or blocked storage may prevent draft recovery. Clear this website's browser data to remove saved drafts and preferences. This preview includes no advertising or analytics tracking scripts.

Retention and internal management

Submitted requests that have not entered formal sales follow-up are retained for three calendar months from receipt. Authorized staff marking a request as followed up starts formal handling; these records are not subject to that automatic expiry rule. The standalone deployment includes a controlled expiry task that must be enabled and verified before public launch. Sales inbox and provider retention arrangements must be confirmed separately. Browser draft expiry does not delete a submitted request, sent email or backup.

This website provides inquiry submission only; it has no customer-facing record-management or deletion-request form. Authorized staff manage submitted records in the internal system, with access controls and an operation history.
